The Dark Side

So far we have been fairly careful of trying to immortalize the memories of Madeleine. Most people say when the look back at their memories, they always (mostly) remember the good stuff. I'm not claiming that we have bad memories in any way. But since Madeleine is actually quite a good baby, I would like to take this change to capture some of her darker moments.



Can you say, "broken heart?" That 's what it looks like from this photo. Yes, some of her cries are so mournful, they would break down the hardest heart.



And if not dealt with in a timely manner, then the heart-broken cry turns into anger. Yes, I can attest that even at this age, anger truly exists.

But sometimes anger is self-diffusing. In this case, the pretty Madeleine left alone will "sometimes" calm herself.



And she will put herself into a nice slumber...thus exiting the Dark Side altogether.
