A Visit to Fernbank

Hi, everyone--

These past few weeks have been fun! Grandma, Grandpa, and Aunt Martha came to visit us. One Sunday, daddy, mommy, Aunt Martha, and I went to the Fernbank Museum of Natural History. It was fun! The Fernbank Museum has dinosaurs!
Can you see me in the photo above? I am standing next to the bones of a Giganotosaurus (that's what they call him), who was the largest meat-eating dinosaur. He was pretty big!

At the museum right now, they have an exhibition of gecko lizards. So we saw some geckos:
And I had fun playing with a "Make Your Own Gecko" computer game:

We looked at some of the other animals in the museum too, like this raccoon:

But we love the dinosaurs! Here I am with T-rex. ROOOOARRRR!:

The museum also had a science activity area with lots of fun games and experiments. Here I am trying to make a BIG bubble!:

Here I am playing with red, blue, and yellow shadows (Aunt Martha is standing next to me):

And here I am playing with electricity! (Safely, of course):

Aunt Martha and I as dinosaurs!:

When we left, the Atlanta "Bubble Man" was outside the museum, so I got to play with more bubbles:

We had a fun day at the Natural History Museum!
