Daddy took me to the Zoo!

HEY!!! Guess What??? My daddy took me to the zoo today. We went to the Peoria Glenn Oak Zoo.





It was great. I wanted to see all the animals, but truth be told, I'm a fan of the playground equipment there.



We went to the Africa Exhibit and I got to see all the same animals that daddy saw when he went to Africa last year. Though daddy said the soil in Africa is much more red than the soil in the zoo.

But I got to see Lions, Zebras, Giraffes, Warthogs, and Monkeys. It was great.







I found my first buckeye at the zoo. I thought it was a rock at first, but daddy said it's a sign that autumn is here.
