This time, it was Prague, in the Czech Republic, and the occassion was Easter. Madeleine was her usual self and is getting used to our strange vacations.
The typical vacation is us getting up when Madeleine does, getting ready for the day, feeding her, then feeding ourselves, then if we're lucky, we are out of the hotel by 9:30-10am.
For Madeleine, it's then a day sitting strapped into her Jane stroller.

She doesn't complain much about it, because between sleeping and the occassional break from her stroller-riding, she is actively checking out the surroundings. Most of the time, sight-seeing occupies her attention.

But we do stop to have fun and let her out of the stroller when we know she's had enough. She's also pretty good at letting us know when she's had enough of the stroller.

So we either take turns holding her, or we see if something nearby will grab her attention.

But then it's back to the stroller for another nap, or just to look at all the stuff Mommy and Daddy are seeing.

When the day is over, her favorite part is to go back to the hotel so she can play on the bed.

Overall, we think she enjoyed Prague. But for me, I think she was the highlight of the trip!
